Mariano Oriozabala

Mariano Oriozabala has a degree in Marketing and Business Administration and more than 20 years’ experience in e-commerce. He was a pioneer in the digital transformation of leading brands in Latin America and co-founder of Brandlive, one of the first e-commerce agencies in Argentina, later acquired by Infracommerce.

Bruno Vasques

CFO and Investor Relations Officer

Mr. Bruno Vasques holds a degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo and a specialization in finance from the London Business School. He has over 20 years of experience in finance across different segments. He has worked as a Controller and was responsible for strategic planning at Roche Pharmaceuticals in Brazil and Latin America. He has been involved in various turnaround scenarios and M&A initiatives. He held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Caloi, De’Longhi, Haribo, and served as both Chief Financial Officer and CEO of Ducoco Alimentos S/A, as well as a full member of the Fiscal Council of Dommo Energia S.A. Since the beginning of 2021, and at most until the start of his activities at the Company, he has held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Director at Youinc.

Mr. Bruno Vieira Marques has more than 13 years’ experience in finance, 8 years of which in the Big Four (EY). He has worked in retail, e-commerce and service companies such as InvestFarma and Mazars. With a degree in Accounting from USP and an MBA in Controllership and Finance from FGV, he is currently Accounting and Tax Director at the Company.

Mr. Ivan Murias holds a degree in Business Administration from FEA/USP with specialization courses in Finance and Retail from George Washington University, Rotman School of Management and Ashridge Business School. He has more than 20 years of experience in retail and customer service, having worked in large companies such as brMalls, Boticário group, C&A. He also served as CEO of Tok&Stok and later of Valid between the periods 2018 to 2024.

Estela Vieira is a member of our Board of Directors and chair of our Audit Committee. Until 2018, she was a partner at PwC Brazil and leader of their Technology, Information, Communication, Entertainment and Media Sector. Currently, she participates in the boards, audit committees or fiscal council of Lojas Renner, Track & Field, Localiza Hertz, and ABGF – Associação Brasileira Gestora de Fundos Garantidores e Garantia. Academically, she holds a degree in Business Administration and Accounting Sciences from PUC-RS (Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul), an MBA from USP, and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Accounting Controls from USP.

Carlos Brito Claissac

Carlos Brito Claissac has a degree in electrical engineering with an Executive MBA. From 2002 to 2010, he was CTO of Grupo Security, CTO & COO of Factoring and of Banco Security. Co-founder of IGneous, Corporate Company Building. IGneous, led by Mr. Carlos Brito, acquired a majority participation in Chilean Full Commerce company Ecomsur in its early stage and led, as Executive Chairman, its growth building one of the largest players in the sector, especially in Chile and Mexico, until the merger with Infracommerce in 2023. Since then, Mr. Carlos Brito has been contributing to Infracommerce’s expansion initiatives in Latin America and efficiency projects. Nowadays, Mr. Carlos Brito is a Member of the Board of Directors of Banco Internacional, Factoring Baninter and other companies and startups.

João Paes de Carvalho is a business administrator graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), holds an MBA from Amos Tuck Business School, Dartmouth College, and an MSc in Environmental Engineering from the Polytechnic School of UFRJ. In the last 5 years, Mr. João has been a member of Boards of large companies such as Dommo Energia, SALP – South American Lightning Partners S.A, Prumo Logística SA, and Gaspetro – Petrobras Gás S.A. Currently, Mr. João is a member of the Board of Directors of Muller de Bebidas S.A, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PDG REALTY S.A. Empreendimentos e Participações, and Director of JSBPC Serviços de Apoio Empresarial Ltda.

Marcio Lutterbach is a member of our Audit Committee. He started his career at IBM, was a consultant at Arthur D.Little, M&A Manager at Lloyds Bank, partner at KPMG and PWC. He is a board member and partner at the fintech BeOne. He holds a degree in engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, a post-graduate degree in Administration from PUC (Pontificia Universidade Católica) from Rio de Janeiro, and an MBA in Finance from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, COPPEAD-RJ, during which he participated in an exchange program at Universitá Luigi Bocconi (Italy). He is also trained to act in boards by IBGC (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance) and Gonew.com.

Nelson Nobrega da Costa is a member of our Audit Committee. He began his career at the Camargo Correa Group and is currently manager of the controlling department at Vexia, a company of the Mover Group specialized in Business Process Outsourcing, IT Outsourcing, and Governance, Risk and Compliance Management. He holds a degree in accounting from FACESP (Federação das Associações Comerciais do Estado de São Paulo), and an MBA in Financial Management, Controllership and Auditing from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas).
